伊赫桑（阿拉伯语：احسان）或阿赫桑是阿拉伯语词汇，意指「完美」、「卓越」，又与「善」相关。这是指把某人内在的信心（***）表露出来，付诸在言行之上，是宗教信仰附带的一种社会责任意识。在伊斯兰教，伊赫桑正是穆斯林在礼拜过程当中达致完善优秀的责任，穆斯林就像看到真主般礼拜祂，在事实上他们并不能看到祂（在伊斯兰信仰里真主安拉并非客观存在），穆斯林相信真主一直在看着他们。这个定义是由圣训（加百利圣训）而来，穆罕默德说道：「（伊赫桑就是）想像真主就在你面前，然后礼拜祂，你要是不能看到祂，祂其实在看着你。」

Ihsan (Arabic:إحسان‎), also spelled ehsan, is an Arabic term meaning "perfection" or "excellence" (Ara. husn). It is a matter of taking one's inner faith (iman) and showing it in both deed and action, a sense of social responsibility borne from religious convictions. In Islam, ihsan is the Muslim responsibility to obtain perfection, or excellence, in worship, such that Muslims try to worship God as if they see him, and although they cannot see him, they undoubtedly believe that he is constantly watching over them. That definition comes from the Hadith of Gabriel in which Muhammad states, "[Ihsan is] to worship God as though you see Him, and if you cannot see Him, then indeed He sees you". (Al-Bukhari and Al-Muslim).
