嘉芙莲·舒歌莉（Katharine Jefferts Schori，1954年3月26日－）（**译萧宽宁），出生于美国佛罗里达州，2006年6月18日被基督教美国圣公会主教院选为第26任首席主教及主教长，成为普世圣公宗历史上首名女性主教长，并在同年11月4日及5日在华盛顿国家座堂举行升座礼。

她童年时于新泽西州念书，此后在俄亥俄州立大学取得海洋学硕士及博士学位，曾于美国国家开渔业部任职海洋科学家，与一名大学教授于1979年结婚，女儿嘉芙莲为美国空军中尉。

2001年已获选为美国内华达州教区主教，2006年6月18日，经过5轮投票，她获选为全美圣公会首席主教。

Katharine Jefferts Schori (born March 26, 1954, in Pensacola, Florida) is the former Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church of the United States. Previously elected as the 9th Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Nevada, she was the first woman elected as a primate in the Anglican Communion. Jefferts Schori was elected at the 75th General Convention on June 18, 2006, and invested at Washington National Cathedral on November 4, 2006 and continued until November 1, 2015, when Michael Bruce Curry was invested in the position. She took part in her first General Convention of the Episcopal Church as Presiding Bishop of The Episcopal Church in July 2009.
