开斋饭（阿拉伯语： إفطار‎），是穆斯林在伊斯兰历九月，即拉马丹月（斋月）每天黄昏、第四次礼拜（昏礼）后所吃的饭菜。传统上这一餐是集体享用的。

在祷告前，穆斯林先会进食椰枣，正如当年先知穆罕默德所做的一样。

Iftar (Arabic:إفطار‎ ʾifṭār  'breakfast') is the evening meal when Muslims end their daily Ramadan fast at sunset.

For Sunnis, the fast can be broken at the time of the call to prayer for the evening prayer; for Shias, it is only after the evening prayer.
