花郎道（朝鲜语：화랑），又称郎家、风流徒、国仙徒、风月徒，是朝鲜新罗时代一种训练青少年的制度及其精神。此制度源于部族社会，让青少年一起过团体生活，学习各种当地传统道德、礼仪规范，之后又混合了中国传入的佛教、儒教等思想。在新罗真兴王时成为国家正式的教育机构，其徒众被称为「花郎徒」。

花郎徒精神在二十世纪被认为充分表现在「世俗五戒」之上，其内容为：「事君以忠、事亲以孝、交友以信、杀生有择（仁）、临战无退（勇）。」相当于中国人所谓的「忠、孝、信、仁、勇」。相关内容亦出现在壬申誓记石等历史遗物上。但世俗五戒本身不是花郎道文献。

The Hwarang, or "Flowering Knights", were an elite group of male youth in Silla, an ancient Korean kingdom that lasted until the 10th century. There were educational institutions as well as social clubs where members gathered for all aspects of study, originally for arts and culture as well as religious teachings stemming mainly from Buddhism. Chinese sources referred only to the physical beauty of the "Flower Youths". Originally, the hwarang were known for their use of make-up and cosmetic decorations and accessories. Few Koreans are said to have known about the history of the hwarang until after the liberation of 1945, after which the hwarang became elevated to a symbolic importance.
