高尔基体（英语：Golgi apparatus），是真核细胞中的一种细胞器。属于细胞的一组膜，专门收集并包裹各种物质，例如酶和激素。这些膜形成像一堆平板的扁囊，部份扁囊常常脱离并移向质膜，一但与质膜接合，便将其中内含物排出细胞。 大多数真核细胞生物（包括植物、动物和真菌）均有高尔基体。

高尔基体是1898年被意大利解剖学家卡米洛·高尔基（Camillo Golgi）发现的并以他命名。高尔基体的主要功能在于处理细胞膜、溶酶体或内体上的以及细胞生产的蛋白质，将它们分到不同的小泡中去。因此它是细胞的中心传送系统。

The Golgi apparatus (/ˈɡoʊldʒiː/), also known as the Golgi complex, Golgi body, or simply the Golgi, is an organelle found in most eukaryotic cells. It was identified in 1897 by the Italian physician Camillo Golgi and named after him in 1898.

Part of the cellular endomembrane system, the Golgi apparatus packages proteins into membrane-bound vesicles inside the cell before the vesicles are sent to their destination. The Golgi apparatus resides at the intersection of the secretory, lysosomal, and endocytic pathways. It is of particular importance in processing proteins for secretion, containing a set of glycosylation enzymes that attach various sugar monomers to proteins as the proteins move through the apparatus.
