菲尔夫拉岛（马耳他语：Filfla）是位于马尔他群岛最南端的一个无人岛。菲尔夫拉岛的面积为0.06平方公里。

Filfla is a small, mostly barren, uninhabited islet 5 kilometres (3.1 miles) south of Malta, and is the most southerly point of the Maltese Archipelago. Filfoletta (or Filflett), a small rocky islet some 102 metres (335 feet) southwest of Filfla, has the southernmost point of Malta. The name is believed to come from filfel, the Arabic for a peppercorn.
