己酸烯丙酯，也称作菠萝醛（英文：Allyl hexanoate），是一种无色至淡黄色的液体。有菠萝香味，是菠萝发出香味的主要天然成份，也用作食品加工材料而被广泛应用。

由己酸与烯丙醇在硫酸催化下酯化再经中和、水洗、精馏而得。用作有机合成中间体。用于配制香精香料。

Allyl hexanoate is employed principally in the formulation of pineapple flavors but it can also be used for peach and apricot essences and for apple blossom, peach blossom, and wisteria perfume compositions. Allyl caproate is an ingredient of some lipstick perfumes. It also adds a sweet juicy note to citrus flavors. It is also used as an additive to cigarettes.
