伊迪岛（英语：Eday），又译埃代岛、伊代岛，为奥克尼群岛之一，坐落于苏格兰本岛北方，距离奥克尼本岛24公里（15英哩）处。面积27平方公里（10平方英哩），是群岛中的第九大岛。岛屿主要由古红砂岩组成，其沿着海岸峭壁分布。

伊迪岛上有许多维护良好的新石器时代陵墓，也有青铜时代的人居遗址和斯堪地那维亚时代的城堡遗迹。
