宗教教义

在宗教及比较宗教学中，教义（英语：Dogma），又译为定理、信条、信理、教条、教理、定论，是一个或一组原则，被归源至由某个权威所制定，被认为是绝对正确，不可争辩的。它是一个意识型态或信仰体系的基础部份，改变教义必然会影响整个信仰系统，造成在根本上的典范改变，或是可能造成意识型态本身的改变。对于教义的确信，会影响到其信徒对于世界的理解及解释，影响其行为，也可能造成团体的凝聚或分裂。

在宗教上，由宗教概念及宗教经验两部份组成，教义作为宗教三元素中的最基本，是宗教行为（教仪）的内在根据，也是宗教组织（教团）的骨架，没有教义就无法产生教仪及教团。在卡尔·巴特的著作中，教义学（dogmatic）通常被直接用来作为系统神学的同义词。将某个哲学家或哲学派别的意见，接受成为个人信仰，可以被称为教义；将宗教的主张，政治团体或政治领袖的主张，政府的命令或法院判决，作为信仰来接受，也可以称为教义。认为教义完全不能改变，完全依照其字面来理解及运行教义，这种形态的教义，通常被称为教条，或教条主义（dogmatism）
