亚尔夫海姆（Álfheim），是北欧神话中的一个地名，意指「精灵的家」（abode of the Álfar），推测属于神话中提到的九个世界之一。在北欧神话中，为白精灵的住所。也以 Elfland 或 Elfenland 出现在英国歌谣中。
另外也是瑞典语中布胡斯兰省（Bohuslän）的古称。
