毕氏音程（英语：Pythagorean interval）是一个音乐理论，由著名的古希腊哲学家毕达哥拉斯所提倡的，这理论为日后西方音乐学，特别是解释音程时提供了非常清晰的介定。

毕氏音程的基本原则是，凡由两个不同音高的音所构成的音程，它们的频率关系必然是3的次方除以2的次方（），或是2的次方除以3的次方（），当中m和n皆为正整数。

以纯音程为例，纯四度的频率关系是，即4:3；纯五度为，即3:2；至于纯八度则是，也就是2:1。

由以上的纯音程，通过特定的计算方法，便可以把一个八度包含的全部音符都找出来，而且由任何两个音所组成的音程，它们的频率关系仍然保持着或。这种调音的方法，亦称作毕氏调律（Pythagorean tuning）。由毕氏调律所调出来的音阶，和现时常用的十二平均律音阶有一点差别。以大调为例，毕氏调律的大调，第3、6、7音的频率稍为高一点。
