杰出服务勋章（Distinguished Service Order，DSO）是英国与大英国协成员国用以奖励在军事任务中有功的军职人员而设置的勋章。受勋者通常必须在实战中有功，和平时期的非作战军事任务表现不在授勋范围内。

杰出服务勋章设立于1886年9月6日，维多利亚女王透过皇家认证在之后的11月9日号《伦敦宪报》上公布设立此一勋章。根据记录，第一枚杰出服务勋章在1886年11月25日授予。它通常只授予给少校或同等军阶的人士，但记录上也曾有特别勇猛的下级军官被允许授勋。第一次世界大战期间英国政府总共授出8,981枚杰出服务勋章，每次授予都会公布在《伦敦宪报》上。
