长尾蛛科（Dipluridae），亦称上户蛛科，是长尾蛛总科（Dipluroidea） 下唯一的一科。

长尾蛛科的头部低于胸部，其中吐丝器短于后吐丝器，是中小型的蜘蛛，最小的Microhexura montivaga只有3毫米长，其他种一般长度为5毫米。 其下的穴居种Masteria caeca没有眼睛。

其下的生物会在河岸的裂缝、树皮及落叶层中筑造巢穴。

The family Dipluridae, known as funnel-web tarantulas, are a group of spiders in the infraorder Mygalomorphae, that have two pairs of booklungs, and chelicerae (fangs) that move up and down in a stabbing motion. A number of genera, including that of the Sydney funnel-web spider (Atrax), used to be classified in this family but have now been moved to Hexathelidae.
