加拿大印地安及北方事务部（英语：Indian and Northern Affairs Canada、法语：Affaires indiennes et du Nord Canada）是加拿大联邦政府掌管第一民族和三个北方领地的部门。部名中的「印地安」是《印地安法》（[Indian Act）所定义，拥有印地安身分的印地安人。印地安及北方事务部也负责因努伊特人与梅蒂人相关事务。现任印地安事务及北方发展部长为 Chuck Strahl。

印地安及北方事务部负责履行联邦政府对第一民族、因努伊特人与梅蒂人的义务与承诺，并履行在宪法上对北方与托管地的责任。印地安及北方事务部也透过联邦对话员办公室（Office of the Federal Interlocutor）管理都市原住民、梅蒂人和未具印地安身分之印地安人（大多居住在农村地区）。 印地安及北方事务部还管理联邦领土的资源与土地，包括土地和地下资源的租赁，以及资源开采权。

The Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development (DIAND), referred to by its applied title under the Federal Identity Program as Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada, (French: Affaires autochtones et du Nord Canada), is the department of the government of Canada with responsibility for policies relating to Aboriginal peoples in Canada, that comprise the First Nations, Inuit, and Métis.
