医学征象（英语：Medical sign），又称体征、病征（Sign），医学术语，指在进行身体检查或病理检查时，能够提供医生对医疗进展及疾病状况的迹象及指标，通常是可客观测度得到的。

「体征」与「征状」（症状）不同，「征状」来自于病患主观的感受，例如麻痹；但「体征」则是可客观观察到的，例如肌肉红肿。有些体征对病人来说可能是无意义，甚至自己察觉不到的，例如高血压；但是对于医生诊断病人病情发展，及提供医疗照顾方面，是很重要的参考指标。

A medical sign is an objective indication of some medical fact or characteristic that may be detected and still or video photographed or audio-recorded by a patient or anyone, especially a physician, before or during a physical examination of a patient. For example, whereas a tingling paresthesia is a symptom (only the person experiencing it can directly observe their own tingling feeling), erythema is a sign (anyone can confirm that the skin is redder than usual). Symptoms and signs are often nonspecific, but often combinations of them are at least suggestive of certain diagnoses, helping to narrow down what may be wrong. In other cases they are specific even to the point of being pathognomonic.
