德云郡（英语：Devon），为英国英格兰西南部的一个郡，以人口计算，普利茅斯是第一大城市、自治市镇（Borough），埃克塞特是第二大城市（亦是郡治），托贝是第二大自治市镇，托基是第一大镇（Town），佩恩顿是第二大镇。

德云是34个非都市郡之一，实际管辖个八个非都市区，占地6,564平方公里（第三），有740,800人口（第12）；如看待成48个名誉郡之一，它名义上包含多两个单一管理区─普利茅斯、托贝，占地增至6,707平方公里（第四），人口增至1,122,100（第11）。

德文西与康沃尔郡相邻，东北与森麻实郡相邻，东与多实郡相邻。德文东南临英伦海峡，与多实郡南岸合组成侏罗纪海岸，在2001年入选世界自然遗产（登记名称为「多实-东德云海岸」），是英格兰唯一的自然遗产；西北临碧仙桃湾。埃克斯穆尔国家公园位于德文中央，达特穆尔国家公园横跨德文东北、萨默塞特西南。德云郡有很多海岸度假区及一些历史古城，加上其温和的天气，旅游业占了德云郡经济很重的地位。

Devon (/ˈdɛvən/; archaically known as Devonshire) is a county of England, reaching from the Bristol Channel in the north to the English Channel in the south. It is part of South West England, bounded by Cornwall to the west, Somerset to the northeast, and Dorset to the east. The City of Exeter is the county town; seven other districts of East Devon, Mid Devon, North Devon, South Hams, Teignbridge, Torridge, and West Devon are under the jurisdiction of Devon County Council; Plymouth and Torbay are each a part of Devon but administered as unitary authorities. Combined as a ceremonial county, Devon's area is 6,707 km (2,590 square miles) and its population is about 1.1 million.
