亚克罗提利与德凯利亚英属基地区（英语：Sovereign Base Areas of Akrotiri and Dhekelia）是两个位于地中海极东部岛屿赛普勒斯上的英国特殊属地，共同组成了英属基地区，其中亚克罗提利（希腊语：Ακρωτήρι，土耳其语：Ağrotur）位于赛普勒斯岛南部，德凯利亚（希腊语：Δεκέλεια，土耳其语：Dikelya）则位于岛上的东南隅。

英属基地区（Sovereign Base Area）是一种英国在海外拥有的特殊军事基地单位。与其他国家的海外基地大都采用与当地政府合作或租借场地的方式不同，英属基地区的土地主权是属于英国拥有，属于英国的境外领地中之一种。英属基地区的存在起源于殖民时代，英国在其海外殖民地先创建了军事基地之后，再由于殖民地独立建国而变成一孤立区域。在赛普勒斯，英国共创建了两个像这样的基地区，主要的目的是为了保护1869年时开通的苏伊士运河，该运河是英国与最大的海外殖民地印度之间必经的联系航线。1960年赛普勒斯独立建国时，英国保留了这两小块军事基地的领土没有让其一起独立。

Akrotiri and Dhekelia (Greek:Ακρωτήρι και Δεκέλεια, Akrotiri kai Dekeleia, Turkish:Ağrotur ve Dikelya), officially the Sovereign Base Areas of Akrotiri and Dhekelia, is a British Overseas Territory on the island of Cyprus. The Areas, which include bases and other land, were retained by the British, under the 1960 treaty of independence, agreed and signed by the United Kingdom, Greece, Turkey and representatives from the Greek and Turkish Cypriot communities, which granted independence to the Crown colony of Cyprus. The territory serves an important role as a station for Signals Intelligence and provides a vital strategic part of the United Kingdom communications gathering and monitoring network in the Mediterranean and the Middle East.
