失实症（有时简称为DR）是一个对外部世界的感知或经验的改变，让人觉得周围环境奇怪或不真实。其他症状包括感觉环境不自然，缺乏感情性色彩和深度。这是一个许多疾病的游离症症状，如精神病和神经疾病，而不是一个独立的疾病。这也是急性药物中毒、睡眠不足和压力的短暂副作用。

Other symptoms include feeling as though one's environment is lacking in spontaneity, emotional colouring and depth. It is a dissociative symptom of many conditions, such as psychiatric and neurological disorders, and not a standalone disorder.
