代尔门霍斯特（德语：Delmenhorst）是德国下萨克森州的一个直辖市。

代尔门霍斯特最早的记载是在1254年，当时城堡已在此地创建。在1371年，代尔门霍斯特在不莱梅法律下，获得独立城镇的地位。在十九世纪拿破仑崛起时，代尔门霍斯特于1806年遭受法国军队占领，直至1813年，为拿破仑帝国下的一部分。

Delmenhorst (German pronunciation:[ˈdɛlmənhɔʁst]) is an urban district (Kreisfreie Stadt) in Lower Saxony, Germany. It has a population of 74,500 and is located 10 kilometres (6 miles) west of downtown Bremen with which it forms a contiguous urban area, whereas the city of Oldenburg is 25 kilometres (16 miles) to the northwest. The city has a total area of 62.36 square kilometres (24.08 square miles); and a population density of approx. 1200 inhabitants per km².
