Degeneriaceae is a family of flowering plants. The APG III system of 2009 (unchanged from the APG system of 1998 and the APG II system of 2003), recognizes this family, and assigns it to the order Magnoliales in the clade magnoliids.

The family consists of only one genus, Degeneria, which was named after Otto Degener, who first found D. vitiensis in 1942. The Degeneria genus contains two species of trees, found in Fiji:
