水蚤（属名：Daphnia），又称“鱼虫”，是一种生活在水中的浮游生物，体长介于0.2毫米至5毫米之间。时常用于鱼食之用途。其属于枝角目。可存在于多种环境中，包括沼泽、池塘、湖泊以及河流。

最常见的两种水蚤是蚤状蚤（Daphnia pulex）和大型蚤（Daphnia magna），其中前者较为常见而体形较小。他们常常被认为与同属枝角目的 Moinidae 科的 Moina 的基因有关。通常，它们的卵会被包裹在 ephippia（一种由甲壳素组成的厚壳，用于保护其度过冬季）中。

Daphnia, a genus of small planktonic crustaceans, are 1–5 millimetres (0.04–0.20 in) in length. Daphnia are members of the order Cladocera, and are one of the several small aquatic crustaceans commonly called water fleas because their saltatory (Wiktionary) swimming style resembles the movements of fleas. Daphnia live in various aquatic environments ranging from acidic swamps to freshwater lakes, ponds, streams and rivers.
