大马士革钢（英语：Damascus steel），中国古称镔铁，是一种高碳钢，现代称为乌兹钢，中东大马士革地区铸造刀剑所使用的传统钢材。从3世纪到17世纪间，中东地区自印度、斯里兰卡或中国进口这种钢材，配合特定锻造技术，打造出来的刀具，锋利无比，品质不逊于日本武士刀，这些刀剑也被人称为大马士革钢。

以大马士革钢打造的刀剑，刀身会出现一种特殊，类似于木纹的纹路，被称为穆罕默德纹。大马士革钢从冶炼到锻造对温度的要求都很苛刻，冶炼时温度不得高于一千度，锻造时必须低温（即中国的所谓「冷锻」）。这种钢材在18世纪之后消失，锻造技术目前也已经失传。

Damascus steel was a type of steel used for manufacturing blades in the Near East made with wootz steel imported from Southern India. These swords are characterized by distinctive patterns of banding and mottling reminiscent of flowing water. Such blades were reputed to be tough, resistant to shattering and capable of being honed to a sharp, resilient edge.
