In this study, MDS is adopted to simulate the structures of two kinds of metalloprotein, one is Metallothionein (MT), and the other is Cytochrome P450 (CYP).

本文采用该方法进行了两类含有金属离子的蛋白的结构模拟，其一是金属硫蛋白、其二是细胞色素 P450。
