细胞质流（英语：cytoplasmic streaming；也称为原生质流）是细胞内物质在真核细胞中流动的现象，能将营养、代谢物还有基因消息均匀分布到较大细胞的每个角落。膜状胞器沿着细胞骨架内侧于细胞质液内被移动。这种流动平衡不同区块中产生的养分和酵素，使胞内成分均匀地分布于整个细胞，类似于单一细胞的原生生物的运动，例如阿米巴原虫。细胞质流于1830年代第一次被发现，让生物学家肯定了细胞是组成生命单位的基础。

在中大型植物中，细胞质流使营养、酵素，还有植物病毒分子流通。在单细胞生物，像是阿米巴原虫中，它则提供了细胞移动所需要的机械能（变形虫运动）。原生质流机械能的运作方式还没被完全解析，通常被认为是借由ATP提供能量，使肌凝蛋白分子连接胞器沿着细胞骨架移动，来牵引着胞器和带动其他细胞内物质朝着相同方向移动。

Cytoplasmic streaming, also called protoplasmic streaming and cyclosis, is the directed flow of cytosol (the liquid component of the cytoplasm) and organelles around large fungal and plant cells through the mediation of actin. This movement aids in the delivery of organelles, nutrients, metabolites, genetic information, and other materials to all parts of the cell. Cytoplasmic streaming occurs along actin filaments in the cytoskeleton of the cell.
