在几何中，圆内接四边形是四边形的一种。顾名思义，圆内接四边形的四个顶点都在同一个圆上。换句话说，圆内接四边形是由共圆的四点依次连成的多边形。

在一个圆内接四边形中，相对的两内角是互补的，它们度数之和为180度。与此等价的说法是，圆内接四边形的一个内角等于其相对面的角的外角。相对的两内角互补是圆内接四边形的充分必要条件，即，圆内接四边形相对的两内角互补，且相对的两内角互补的四边形是圆内接四边形（四边形四顶点共圆或说有四边形有外置圆）。

托勒密定理指出，圆内接四边形的两组对边乘积之和等于两条对角线的乘积（如右图）。对于非退化的四边形，如果两组对边乘积之和等于两条对角线的乘积，那幺必定是圆内接四边形。

In Euclidean geometry, a cyclic quadrilateral or inscribed quadrilateral is a quadrilateral whose vertices all lie on a single circle. This circle is called the circumcircle or circumscribed circle, and the vertices are said to be concyclic. The center of the circle and its radius are called the circumcenter and the circumradius respectively. Other names for these quadrilaterals are concyclic quadrilateral and chordal quadrilateral, the latter since the sides of the quadrilateral are chords of the circumcircle. Usually the quadrilateral is assumed to be convex, but there are also crossed cyclic quadrilaterals. The formulas and properties given below are valid in the convex case.
