家蚊（Culex）是蚊科的一个属，种类包括了尖音库蚊(Culex pipiens)、三斑家蚊、环状家蚊、地下家蚊(Culex pipiens molestus)。

尖音家蚊是日本脑炎的散播者。

在台湾可以见到三斑家蚊、环状家蚊、地下家蚊，尤其外来种地下家蚊已成为北台湾寒冷冬季最活跃的蚊子。

Culex is a genus of mosquitoes, several species of which serve as vectors of one or more important diseases of birds, humans and other animals. The diseases they vector include arbovirus infections, West Nile virus, filariasis, Japanese encephalitis, St. Louis encephalitis, and avian malaria. They occur worldwide except for the extreme northern parts of the temperate zone, and are the most common form of mosquito encountered in some major US cities such as Los Angeles.
