尖叶栒子（学名：Cotoneaster acuminatus）是蔷薇科栒子属的植物。分布在尼泊尔、印度、不丹以及中国大陆的云南、四川、**等地，生长于海拔1,500米至3,000米的地区，见于杂木林内，目前尚未由人工引种栽培。

Cotoneaster acuminatus (commonly known as acuminate cotoneaster) is a species of flowering plant in the Rosaceae family that is native to the Himalayas. In forests it can be found at elevations of 1,300–3,000 metres (4,300–9,800 ft), while on hillsides it is found at 2,500–3,500 metres (8,200–11,500 ft). The species has also been introduced to Oregon.
