科西莫二世·德·美第奇 （Cosimo II de' Medici，1590年5月12日－1621年2月28日） 是斐迪南一世和洛林的克里斯廷的长子，1609至1621年间统治托斯卡纳。

1608年10月19日，他和奥地利的玛利亚·马格达莱纳(1589年10月7日-1631年11月1日)结婚。后者是神圣罗马帝国皇帝斐迪南一世的孙女。

科西莫二世和他的妻子有4子4女，其中长子继承大公的爵位，称号斐迪南二世；有2个儿子成了红衣主教。

Cosimo II de' Medici (12 May 1590 – 28 February 1621) was Grand Duke of Tuscany from 1609 until 1621. He was the elder son of the then incumbent Grand Duke and Christina of Lorraine. He married Maria Magdalena of Austria, and had eight children.

For the most of his eleven-year reign, he delegated the administration of Tuscany to his ministers. He is best remembered as the patron of Galileo Galilei, his childhood tutor. He died of tuberculosis in 1621.
