社团主义

社团主义（英语：corporatism或corporativism，又译统合主义，协调主义，协同主义，协调组合主义及协同组合主义）在历史上是一种政治体制，在这样的体制里，立法的权力交给了由产业、农业和职业团体所派遣的代表。与多元论相较，多元制度里众多团体必须经过民主竞争的过程才能取得权力，但在社团主义制度里，许多未经过选举的组织实体掌控了决策的过程。这些社团主义的代表团与一般的商业公司或法人组织并不相同，而是构成了社团主义国家的中心思想——精英政治。

「社团主义」一词来自拉丁语的corpus（躯体）。这一词的意思原本与特定的商业公司概念无关，而是用作称呼任何经聚集而成的组织。原本这一词的用法代表中世纪欧洲对于整个社会的概念，认为社会是由各种不同的部分所组成，就如同人体是由各种不同功能的器官组成一般。依据许多理论家的说法，社团主义是一种封建主义的「现代」版本，结合了「社团」与国家的利益。
