食粪（英语：Coprophagia），俗称吃屎、吃大粪，是指一些人类或其他动物有时在常态状态或特殊状态之下将自己或其他同类或异类物种的粪便食用。常态下的食用例如「屎壳郎」；再者就是人类饲养犬只时，无意间会发现犬只偶尔会食自己的排泄物。一般来说，犬只食用排泄物是因为一些排泄物消化不完全时，当中残留些许食物的气味等诸多因素，一些鼻子灵敏的犬只会错误认为粪便是食物，故将粪便吃掉。

人类亦有将粪便用作药物用来治病的行为。

不同物种有透过食粪获得性快感的行为，这种行为称为嗜粪症。例如《两女一杯》当中的两名女主角。

Coprophagia /kɒp.rə.ˈfeɪ.dʒi.ə/ or coprophagy /kəˈprɒfədʒiː/ is the consumption of feces. The word is derived from the Greek κόπρος copros, "feces" and φαγεῖν phagein, "to eat". Coprophagy refers to many kinds of feces eating, including eating feces of other species (heterospecifics), of other individuals (allocoprophagy), or its own (autocoprophagy) – those once deposited or taken directly from the anus.
