杰尔系统（英语：Agere Systems）是一家美国集成电路器件公司，总部位于宾西法尼亚州阿伦敦。
杰尔系统原为朗讯科技的微电子部门，公司成立于2000年8月1日，当时为朗讯科技的下属公司。2001年1月杰尔系统（上海）有限公司在上海成立。2002年6月1日杰尔系统完全从朗讯科技剥离。杰尔系统在深圳还设有办事处。

Agere Systems 杰尔系统Agere Systems Inc. was an integrated circuit components company based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, USA. Spun out of Lucent Technologies in 2002, Agere was merged into LSI Corporation in 2007. LSI was in turn acquired by Avago Technologies in 2014. Agere was incorporated on August 1, 2000 as a subsidiary of Lucent Technologies and then spun off on June 1, 2002. The name Agere was that of a Texas-based electronics company that Lucent had acquired in 2000, although the pronunciations of the company names are different. The Texas company was pronounced with three syllables and a hard "g": A-gear-uh. The company name was pronounced with two syllables and a hard "g": A-gear. |
