公海公约
公海公约(Convention on the High Seas)，亦称联合国公海公约，系联合国召集的第二次海洋法会议，于1958年决议的四大海洋法公约之一。此公约之多数原则皆已包括在后来添加定的1982年海洋法公约之中。
公海公约系用以规范各国船只、设施在公海上的活动，以确保公海向全世界开放并保障各国之合法利用。

Convention on the High Seas 公海公约
The Convention on the High Seas is an international treaty which codifies the rules of international law relating to the high seas, otherwise known as international waters. The treaty was one of four treaties created at the United Nations Conference on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS I). The treaty was signed 29 April 1958 and entered into force 30 September 1962. As of 2013, the treaty had been ratified by 63 states.
