黄边龙舌兰（学名：Agave americana）或称Century Plant及Maguey是龙舌兰科龙舌兰属的植物，其鳞根的汁液可以提炼成龙舌兰糖浆。

多年生草本。平均寿命大约是28年。长形而尖的灰绿色肉质叶子丛生，叶缘带黄色，边缘有钩剌；十多年后自叶丛抽出高大的花茎，顶生无数花朵，花后植株死亡。有约4米宽的蔓延花环及有的叶约2米长。

Agave americana, common names centuryplant, maguey, or American aloe, is a species of flowering plant in the family Agavaceae, native to Mexico, and the United States in Arizona and Texas. Today, it is cultivated worldwide as an ornamental plant. It has become naturalized in many regions, including the West Indies, parts of South America, the southern Mediterranean Basin, and parts of Africa, India, China, Thailand, and Australia.
