先天性挛缩细长指是一种遗传病，其症状包括多发性关节的先天挛缩、细长的手指与脚趾、脊柱侧弯或后凸、骨质减少、胸部及脸部变形、肌肉发育不良等。
其发生率为1/2，但只会在父母双方其中一人为此症患者才有可能。
遗传方面，其遗传方式为体染色体显性遗传疾病，致病基因为位于第五对染色体上的FBN2基因。
