在计算复杂度理论内，计算资源（英语：Computational resource）的意思是在特定计算模型之下，解决特定问题所要消耗的资源。

最简单的计算资源是计算时间，计算解决特定问题需要花费的步骤数；以及内存空间，定义解决问题时所要花费的空间。不过，也有很多较为复杂的计算资源定义存在。

讨论计算资源是非常有用的，因为我们可以用来研究哪些问题可以在给定的计算资源下得到解答。这样，我们可以决定哪些算法是最好的，并且有办法讨论算法的效率。我们称呼一个包含所有使用特定数量的资源能解决的题目之集合，为一个复杂度类。有关不同的复杂度类之间的关系，是计算复杂性理论内一个非常重要的研究领域。
