决策无方者埃塞尔雷德（古英语：Æþelræd Unræd或Æðelred Unrǣd），现代英语中称之为无准备者埃塞尔雷德（英语：Æthelred the Unready）或埃塞尔雷德二世（英语：Æthelred II）（968年－1016年4月23日），是盎格鲁-撒克逊时代的英格兰王国国王（978年 - 1013年，1014年 - 1016年）。他是和平者埃德加和王后埃尔夫斯里斯的儿子。

Æthelred the Unready, or Æthelred II, (c. 968–23 April 1016) was King of the English (978–1013 and 1014–1016). He was the son of King Edgar and Queen Ælfthryth and was only about ten years old (no more than thirteen) when his half-brother Edward was murdered. Although Æthelred was not personally suspected of participation, the murder was committed at Corfe Castle by his attendants, making it more difficult for the new king to rally the nation against the military raids by Danes, especially as the legend of St Edward the Martyr grew.
