爱尔兰航空公司（Aer Lingus，IATA：EI，ICAO：EIN，呼号：Shamrock）是爱尔兰的国家航空公司。总部设在都柏林，拥有30架飞机用于运行欧洲和美国航班。爱尔兰政府曾拥有该公司过半股权，但后决定让公司私有化。至2004年，股权中仍有85%为爱尔兰政府所有。2015年，英国航空母公司国际航空集团并购爱尔兰航空，现持有逾98%股权。该公司于世界各地设有多个服务据点，分散于欧美与中东多国。

爱尔兰航空曾经加入寰宇一家，但后因经营方针作出调整，2007年退出该联盟；现时爱尔兰航空计雇员4,000人，到2004年收入90.68亿欧元。它的口号是：低价，舒适旅程（Low Fares, Way Better）。

Aer Lingus, (/ˌɛər ˈlɪŋɡəs/, an anglicisation of the Irish Aer Loingeas meaning "air fleet") is the flag carrier airline of Ireland and the second-largest airline in Ireland. Founded by the Irish government, it is a subsidiary of International Airlines Group (IAG), the parent company of British Airways, Iberia and Vueling. It operates an all-Airbus aircraft fleet serving Europe, North Africa, Turkey and North America. The airline's head office is on the grounds of Dublin Airport in Cloghran, County Dublin, Ireland.
