战时盟国是指国与国之间在对付共同敌人联合发动战争时的合作关系，而当中并没有正式军事的合作条约。

相对于正式的军事合作关系，战时盟国通常指更广泛而没有明确定义的战时伙伴关系。交战时，战时盟国之间会在物资上互相支持，并在交换情报和有限的作战行动作出协调。此外，不同的战时盟国其参战目的可能会相差很大。

「战时盟国」一词强调盟国与盟国之间在文化、宗教、意识形态或以其他方面的差异，而「联盟」则表示盟国之间相应的接近程度。历史上的例子有二战时期与轴心国有合作关系的芬兰、维希法国、伊拉克以及佛朗哥政权。
