顺性别（英语：Cisgender, Cissexual），通常是用来指称那些将自己的性别角色之部分或全部进行一致的各种个人、行为与团体。顺性别者的自我性别认同和出生时的生物性别相同，生理性别、自我性别认同和社会性别三者统一，认为自身不属于多元性别。

顺性别一词与跨性别相对。由顺性别的概念还衍生出其他的术语，包括：顺性女（Cis Female或Cis Woman），即出生时的生物性别是女性，自己也认为自己是女性；顺性男（Cis Male或Cis Man），即出生时的生物性别是男性，自己也认为自己是男性。以顺性别为标准看待社会的世界观被称作“顺性别主义”（cissexism）。

Cisgender (often abbreviated to simply cis) is a term for people whose experiences of their own gender agree with the sex they were assigned at birth. Cisgender may also be defined as those who have "a gender identity or perform a gender role society considers appropriate for one's sex." It is a complement to the term transgender.
