鹊鹞（学名：Circus melanoleucos）为鹰科鹞属的鸟类。在中国大陆，分布于内蒙古、东北、青海、辽宁、河北、山东、安徽、从长江向东达四川、向南到云南、贵州、广东、海南、福建、广西等地，主要生活于沼泽以及草原。该物种的模式产地在斯里兰卡。

The pied harrier (Circus melanoleucos) is an Asian species of bird of prey in the family Accipitridae. It is migratory, breeding from Amur valley in eastern Russia and north-eastern China to North Korea. Wintering individuals can be found in a wide area from Pakistan to Philippines. The population consists of approximately 10,000 individuals and the number is thought to be in moderate decline.
