Chornukhy (Ukrainian:Чорнýхи, Russian:Чернýхи) is an urban village in the centre of the Chornukhynskyi District, in the Poltava Oblast of central Ukraine. Chornukhy is known as the birthplace of Ukrainian philosopher Hryhorii Skovoroda; a monument testifies to this.
