烯丙基氯（化学式：CH2=CHCH2Cl），学名“3-氯-1-丙烯”，也称氯丙烯、3-氯丙烯，由烯丙基与氯原子相连组成，是重要的工业原料。无色易燃液体，有不愉快、刺激性的腐蚀性气味。难溶于水，与多数有机溶剂互溶，如乙醇、氯仿、乙醚、石油醚等。置久或遇潮湿空气分解。
有毒！对眼、呼吸道有刺激作用，易通过皮肤吸收，急性中毒可使人失去知觉；慢性中毒引起肝、肾损害。

It is mainly converted to epichlorohydrin, used in the production of plastics. It is a chlorinated derivative of propylene.
