美洲锐唇鲷（学名：Acrocheilus alutaceus）为辐鳍鱼纲鲤形目鲤科的其中一种，分布于北美洲加拿大卑诗省及美国奥勒冈州、华盛顿州、爱达荷州及内达华州，栖息于在沙与碎石上的流动潭水与支流；也在湖的边缘中出现。成鱼主要以硅藻为食；幼鱼则捕食水面的昆虫，体长可达30公分，可做为食用鱼。

It is named for the sharp hard plate on its lower jaw, which is used to scrape rocks for algae. It is the sole member of the monotypic genus Acrocheilus and is a close relative of the Gila western chubs. |
