化学反应器（英语：chemical reactor）是化工生产或实验上进行化学反应的设备，简称反应器，在工业上亦有工业反应器的别称。
反应器主要功能是控制反应过程中的各种条件参数，例如压力（P）、温度（T）、体积（V）、滞留时间（ $\tau$ ）、各反应物浓度（ C₁,C₂,C₃,...,C_n）、反应速率（R）、热传系数（U，H）、搅拌速率等参数，以及作为反应物进行化学反应的容器。
一般于实验室中所使用的反应器，通常体积较小而且结构简单，例如在实验室仅需一个烧杯、一支试管即可进行一项简单的化学反应，而在工业上所使用的反应器，通常体积巨大、结构复杂，同时又不单单只进行化学反应，内部除了反应过程之外常伴随质传、热传、物料输送等工业进程。在化工生产中，反应器是相当重要的生产设备，约占生产设备总投资额的15－20%，并可依不同的生产流程与操作条件，调整反应器的规格与形式，举凡如炼油厂的轻油裂解炉、炼钢厂的高炉、塑胶工厂的聚合反应器、制药厂的药物合成设备、酿酒厂的酒精发酵槽等，均是反应器的应用。
