邦纳症候群(Charles Bonnet syndrome;CBS)是在心智正常的人身上发生的一种鲜明而复杂的幻觉。这个症状是以瑞士的自然博物学家查尔斯·邦纳(Charles Bonnet)为名,他在1760年首度描述他87岁的祖父的情形。他的祖父因为白内障两眼近乎全盲,但是却可以看到男人、女人、鸟、车辆、建筑物、织锦画、图腾等幻象。有此症状的病人通常因为年老、视网膜问题、眼球或视神经受伤而导致视力障碍。
