塞那阿巴斯巨人像（Cerne Abbas giant）为一山坡上的裸身巨石像、位于英格兰多塞特郡北方塞那阿巴斯（Cerne Abbas）附近的山脚。

巨石像高55公尺，宽51公尺，右手拿一根37公尺长的瘢节**。巨石像是在陡峭的山坡上凿出高宽均为30公分的线形沟槽构成。而沟槽是直接凿穿草皮及土石层到达白垩岩层上，可以从山谷对面望见或空中来鸟瞰。据说已存在超过二千年。于1996年的研究发现巨石像的一些特征已经被改变过；较明显地、是研究结论认为最初的巨石像左手拿有一件批风，且脚踏在无身躯的头颅上。传说妇女睡在巨石像上、尤其是在巨石像的生殖器部分和人做爱，不孕症就就可不药痊愈。
