青星九棘鲈又称青星九刺鮨、红鲙，俗名红格仔、过鱼、红条为辐鳍鱼纲鲈形目鲈亚目鮨科的其中一个种。

本鱼分布于印度太平洋区，包括红海、东非、日本南部、澳洲等热带海域。

Cephalopholis miniata, known commonly as the coral hind, is a species of marine fish in the family Serranidae. Other names include miniatus grouper, miniata grouper, coral or blue-spot rockcod, vermilion seabass, and coral grouper.

The coral hind is widespread throughout the tropical waters of the Indo-West Pacific area, including Durban, South Africa, the Red Sea, and Line Islands.
