日本鬼灯檠（学名：Centaurium erythraea），或称红百金花、苦护胆与矢车菊，是一种植物，常被用来当作药草，晒干之后可以制成药草茶，而日本鬼灯檠制作的药草茶，有着治疗肝及肾方面毛病的妙用，并具有调理血压的效果。除此之外，将磨碎的日本鬼灯檠涂在伤口上，也可以止痛，是一种效用十分广泛的药用植物。
