警告标志是一种道路交通标志，用来告知驾驶或行人前方的道路有危险。

在大多数的国家，警告标志的形状都是等边三角形，以白色作为底色并搭配粗的红色边框。然而每个国家的底色以及边框的颜色和粗细皆有不同。

在中华人民共和国（香港与澳门除外），警告标志是黑色的边框搭配黄底。在瑞典、塞尔维亚、波士尼亚、克罗地亚、芬兰、冰岛、希腊、马其顿共和国和波兰，警告标志是红色边框搭配琥珀色底。这是气候因素影响了颜色的选择，在这些经常下雪的地区，比起红色配白色的标志，红色配琥珀色的标志较容易引起注意。斯匹兹卑尔根群岛的北极熊警告标志，在最近由白底上的黑熊改为黑底上的白熊（皆为红色边框的三角形标志）。某些使用白底标志的国家在道路施工或其他工程的标志上则会选用琥珀色。
