Adinkerke

Parochiekerk Sint-Audomarus (dt. Pfarrkirche Sankt Audomar) in Adinkerke. Die Kirche wurde zum ersten Mal im Jahre 1120 erbaut und von Jan van Waasten, Bischof von Thérouanne, geweiht. Sie wurde mehrfach zerstört, nämlich 1580, 1646, 1657 und 1793 und immer wieder aufgebaut. Die heutige Kirche stammt aus dem Jahr 1856.[1]

Adinkerke a village in the municipality of De Panne in western Belgium close to the French border. It is a conurbation with the coastal town of De Panne which in turn is part of the west Belgian coastal conurbation. Adinkerke railway station is also the Western terminus of the Belgian coast tram line to De Panne; Nieuwpoort, Ostend and beyond. Near the city is Plopsaland (former Meli-Park).
